I began experimenting with chia seeds this passed summer and they have now become a very prevalent part of my diet. At first I was skeptical of the chia seed craze. Could these tiny seeds really be that amazing? I did some researching (I never follow food trends unless I know more information) and soon found out, YES they really are that amazing!
