Nat's Top Reads: Foodie, Wellness and Poetry Books to Add to Your Shelf


You guys probably know by now that I'm a total book worm. Always have been, always will be. Ever since I was tiny, I have loved books. There was a little, quirky used bookstore in the town I grew up in and getting to go there and pick out books was always the highlight of my day.

I've been mainly reading books about health, fitness, food, nutrition, running and mindfulness (with a few good fiction thrown into the mix), because I can never get enough information about these topics. I love love love filling my brain with knowledge and learning more about these topics because I feel like it allows me to share better information with you all!
