CLASSIC PALEO BANANA BREAD

There’s just something about banana bread that is so, so comforting. Biting into a thick, still-warm-from-the-oven slice of banana bread transports me back to my childhood when my mom would have a snack and tea waiting for me after school and we’d sit and recap the entire day (never leaving out any tiny detail or bit of boy drama). Times have changed and sadly I can’t recap every day of college with her (but I text her so much it kind of seems like I still get to LOL), but my love for cozy snacks like this, paired with a cup of tea, has stayed the same.
