CLASSIC PALEO BANANA BREAD

There’s just something about banana bread that is so, so comforting. Biting into a thick, still-warm-from-the-oven slice of banana bread transports me back to my childhood when my mom would have a snack and tea waiting for me after school and we’d sit and recap the entire day (never leaving out any tiny detail or bit of boy drama). Times have changed and sadly I can’t recap every day of college with her (but I text her so much it kind of seems like I still get to LOL), but my love for cozy snacks like this, paired with a cup of tea, has stayed the same. But now my cozy snacks include this paleo banana bread and it’s even BETTER than my childhood snacks.

PALEO CAULIFLOWER RICE OATMEAL

This cauliflower rice oatmeal has been on REPEAT lately (if you follow me on Instagram, you know how true this is). I seriously can’t stop making this cozy cauliflower rice oatmeal bowl morning after morning. I tell myself to be more creative, but 9 times out of 10 I find myself reaching for the cauliflower rice. It’s just that good.

PALEO LEMON POMEGRANATE SCONES

It definitely is the most wonderful time of the year! Oh how I LOVE the holidays. I love cozying up with peppermint tea by the tree, watching old Christmas movies (Miracle on 34th Street is by far my favorite), wrapping gifts for my family, seeing my town all lit up and sparkly… I honestly wish Christmastime would just last for months on end!!! Maybe that’s what I should ask Santa for this year.  Maybe if I leave out these paleo scones he’ll grant my wish!
