CLASSIC PALEO BANANA BREAD

There’s just something about banana bread that is so, so comforting. Biting into a thick, still-warm-from-the-oven slice of banana bread transports me back to my childhood when my mom would have a snack and tea waiting for me after school and we’d sit and recap the entire day (never leaving out any tiny detail or bit of boy drama). Times have changed and sadly I can’t recap every day of college with her (but I text her so much it kind of seems like I still get to LOL), but my love for cozy snacks like this, paired with a cup of tea, has stayed the same. PALEO LEMON POMEGRANATE SCONES

It definitely is the most wonderful time of the year! Oh how I LOVE the holidays. I love cozying up with peppermint tea by the tree, watching old Christmas movies (Miracle on 34th Street is by far my favorite), wrapping gifts for my family, seeing my town all lit up and sparkly… I honestly wish Christmastime would just last for months on end!!!
