Paleo "Sugar" Cookies With Coconut Frosting
I could never nail the sugar cookie taste while making it gut friendly until NOW. These paleo “sugar” cookies taste so much like classic sugar cookies and it’s a total throwback to childhood!
I love that I can get the classic sugar cookie flavor, while being free of gluten, grains, dairy and refined sugar. The frosting, made with coconut butter, is truly the icing on top, making these even more irresistible (but you can totally make them without it too).
These paleo “sugar” cookies are the perfect twist on a classic and are sure to be a crowd pleaser!
